MEMBERSHIP RULES

There are a few rules that should be observed in order to maintain a positive experience for you, the Conejo Valley Corridor Member, and the participating merchants and retailers.  Your CV Corridor Membership is valid beginning October 1, 2011 through September 30, 2012.  Membership benefits are not transferable and are only valid during the membership period.

All offers are valid for a one time use, unless stated otherwise, and may not be valid on major holidays.  Discounts offered on purchases may not be used toward the purchase of gift cards or certificates, unless stated otherwise.

Please mention/present your CV Corridor Card before each transaction, at the time of order or estimate, mindful that it may not be combined with any other promotions, offers or discounts.  For merchants presenting both one-time and continual offers, the member must choose which one offer to utilize at time of visit.  Please read each advertisement carefully to note the details of the various offers.

Please understand that though it would be the exception, it is possible that merchants may leave the program during the membership period due to unforeseen circumstances.  In addition, merchant offers may be subject to change without notice.  Moreover, it is not within our policy to reimburse our members for discounts not received.  We make every good faith effort to ensure that all of the information in our program is valid, current, and accurate.  Even so, there are times when the offer language may be subject to "interpretation," and the merchant reserves the right to clarify the offer intent.   However, if not satisfied with the benefits of your membership, you may return it for a full refund.  Our goal is to provide an exceptional product that will benefit the member, the merchant, and our community.  We appreciate your acknowledgement and understanding.

Dining

While you may enjoy your dining discount benefits, your server will not enjoy a tip based on the discounted bill!  Please remember to tip based on the full amount of the bill before the discount is applied.

At their discretion, restaurants may choose to include the gratuity.   It is customary to tip 15% and sometimes up to 20% for exceptional service.  This will keep everyone happy!  

When dining in groups, no more than 2 CV Corridor Cards may be used at one time.  Dining offers may not be valid on major holidays including New Year's Day, Valentine's Day, Easter, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Eve/Day.

2-for-1 Offers  

Many of the restaurants will honor the 2-for-1 offers for dine-in only.  If planning to order take-out, ask about benefits before placing your order. When using 2-for-1 offers, please note that the second item, of equal or lesser value, is the complimentary or discounted item but may be subject to a maximum benefit amount. In addition the offer is only valid for one complimentary or discounted item unless stated otherwise. Please read the offer details carefully.

Movies

Discount Movie Passes may ONLY be purchased through Conejo Valley Corridor via this website in quantities of 10 or less on any given day. Discount Passes are not available at theater locations. They may take several days to arrive in your mailbox, so be sure to order ahead of time and keep them on hand so they will be available when the movie bug bites!
